This powerful winter storm is making for dangerous driving and flooding to the San Diego River and Tijuana River.  The San Diego Police reported flooding in the 2400 block of Hotel Circle in Mission Valley near the Interstate 8 off-ramp. I noticed cones blocking off the flooded areas on Avenida Del Rio at Camino De La Reina and the road leading up to the Fashion Valley Mall has been closed. DiSabatino Chiropractic and Rehab, Inc. in Mission Valley San Diego will be open tomorrow as dry and warmer weather is expected. Meanwhile, stay safe! Prevent car accidents and avoid walking or driving through flood waters because all you need is a few inches of moving water to knock you down or sweep your vehicle away.
